Spinrise – Privacy policy
To let you play safely, cash out winnings in euros, and protect your account, we must verify that you’re at least 18, process payments reliably, prevent fraud, and comply with Austrian law (in particular the GDPR and the DSG) as well as anti–money laundering rules. Spinrise can’t function without a few basic details.
What We Collect – Only What’s Necessary
- Identity – Name, date of birth, and a clear photo of a government-issued ID. This confirms your age and identity.
- Contact – Residential/billing address, email, and phone number so support can reach you and we can send important account notices.
- Payments & Play History – Deposits and withdrawals, stakes, wins/losses, bonus usage, chargebacks. This keeps payouts accurate and fulfills audit duties.
- Technical Signals – IP address, device/browser info, operating system, time zone, login timestamps, error/crash logs. This keeps the platform fast and secure.
- Preferences – Language, responsible-gaming limits, and marketing consent. No consent = no marketing.
How We Use Your Data
We set up and manage accounts, verify age/identity, process EUR payments, detect and prevent abuse, provide support, improve performance and stability, and—only with your consent—send relevant offers. We also process data where required by law (e.g., retention under AML/tax rules).
Who We Share Data With (Need-to-Know)
Only with carefully selected service providers who help us operate: payment processors/banks, KYC/AML partners, hosting and security providers, auditors/lawyers, and competent authorities where there’s a legal obligation. Partners may use data only on our instructions, must protect it, and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal data.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
Cookies keep you logged in, remember settings, prevent fraud, and show us what works technically. You can control cookies in your browser; some features may be limited without them.
Storage Locations & Transfers
Your data may be processed in Austria, the EEA, or—where necessary—in other countries. For transfers outside the EEA we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses) and strictly limit use to Spinrise purposes.
Your GDPR Rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure (where obligations don’t prevent it), restriction, objection, and data portability. You may withdraw consents (e.g., marketing) at any time with effect for the future. Write to us from your registered email; after verifying your identity, we generally respond within 30 days.
Security – How We Protect Your Data
Encryption in transit and at rest, multi-layer firewalls, least-privilege access with MFA, 24/7 monitoring, and regular security tests. Access is granted only to trained staff who need it for their work. If a personal-data breach occurs that risks your rights, we will inform you—and, where required, the Austrian Data Protection Authority—without undue delay.
How Long We Keep Data
We retain personal data only as long as needed for your account, legal/tax obligations, evidentiary purposes, and dispute resolution—often the duration of your account use plus a statutory period (e.g., under AML rules). Afterwards we securely delete or irreversibly anonymize the data.
